Arose from dialogue with business leaders in Johannesburg, and since 1982 has spread to South Africa as a whole, later to Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Ecuador, Spain, Switzerland and Germany. Hundreds of entrepreneurs have taken part in the seminars.
