General Information

Holistic project for children. A free service to the children of day labourers, fishers and the poorest families who are unable to support the education of their children. Schoenstatt Fathers teach young, unemployed and educated women, and employ them as local supervisors. In this way they earn a living. Tutorial groups at 26 places in Tamil Nadu, India.

Mission / Vision

• They learn social skills, hygiene and a balanced diet.
• Their sense for religion is awakened independent of what religion they belong to.
• The children are empowered to express their justified needs.
• The children experience the community while celebrating feasts, in their recreation times and through sport.There are competitions between the various local tutorial groups.
  The supervisors of the children are supported.
